I just thought it might be neat to show everybody a few shots illustrating how things have changed around Montreal since we got here last August. You all know that we've had snow in the last few months, but last week we got an especially strong snowstorm, which dropped over a foot of snow in 24 hours. (It's the same system that has many in Arkansas still without power, except ours turned to snow rather than ice.) Anyway, here are some pictures from around our apartment and the city, to show you just how green it used to be here! These pics are also on picasa, if you want to examine them more closely.
